Ideal For Real Estate Photography or Small Properties In The Rental Market

Half Day Shoot - up to 4-5 hours photography with addition hourly charges if neccessary

Shoot includes:

Living areas, a selection of bedrooms, verandahs, gardens, pool & any other areas depending on time - additional time may be required for larger properties.
Lighting for interiors showing views from each room (where possible and weather permitting)
No styling - Homeowner/client is responsible for styling each shot – i.e. correct placement of art, draperies hung properly, bed linens straight, fluffing and arranging of correctly placed soft furnishings, flower arrangements, pool furniture correctly placed, pool clean and floats removed, removal of pool equipment and all hoses, dining table to be set for a meal, remove clutter from top of bedroom dressers and night stands, hide electronic devices, telephones etc.
Downloading and sorting 20MB High Resolution RAW images
HDR photography as required
Up to 2 hours editing and retouching of images
Approximately 20-30 mages depending on size of property
Resizing and delivery of high and web friendly resolution JPEG images delivered within 72 hours via Dropbox or Wetransfer
A nominal charge may be made for travel time

GOLD PACKAGE

One Day Shoot - up to 8-9 hours photography

Shoot includes:

Living areas, bedrooms, up to 2 bathrooms, gardens and pool plus any other areas depending on time
Lghting for interiors showing views from each room (where possible and weather permitting)

Basic styling / arranging of items - i.e. items will be arranged to enhance each photograph but homeowner/client is responsible for preparing each shot. – i.e. correct placement of art, draperies hung properly, bed linens straight, fluffing and arranging of correctly placed soft furnishings, flower arrangements, pool furniture correctly placed, pool clean and floats removed, removal of pool equipment and all hoses, dining table to be set for a meal, remove clutter from top of bedroom dressers and night stands, hide electronic devices, telephones etc.

HDR photography as required

Converting each RAW photo to JPEG format
Approximately 25 - 50 images

Photography is on a daily basis dependent on size of property.

Shoot includes:

Full property shoot capturing every aspect of the property - living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms (where possible), gardens and grounds, pool, beach, activities rooms - i.e. gym, spa, entertainment room, den, games room, gazebos, barbecues, etc.
Full styling of each interior and exterior shot
When possible, full state-of-the-art professional photographic strobe lighting for interiors showing views from each room (where possible and weather permitting)
Evening/Dusk and early morning (where possible) shots
HDR photography as required
Downloading and sorting 20MB high resolution RAW images
Unlimited full post production editing, colour correction and retouching of all images
Converting each RAW photo to JPEG format
Between 40-60 images - depending on size of property
Resizing and delivery of high and web friendly resolution JPEG images delivered within 72 hours via Dropbox or Wetransfer - DVD burnt if required at no extra cost (courier delivery charge not included)
Depending on size of property and distance, shoot may require overnighting for the duration of the shoot with meals provided.
